Dit verschijnt in juni 2022 op Videoland / Netflix / Prime / Disney+ / HBO Max

Het is weer juni en dat betekent dat de zomer deze maand eindelijk gaat beginnen. Toch is er ook vanuit je luie stoel heel wat te beleven. Er verschijnt namelijk heel wat content op Videoland / Netflix / Prime / Disney+ / HBO Max.

Vooral Netflix doet in juni zijn best om je aan de buis te kluisteren. Zo staat vanaf 10 juni het zesde seizoen van Peaky Blinders eindelijk op de streamingdienst (eerder al te zien op BBC). Ook verschijnt er een serie met Rowan Atkinson (bekend van Mr. Bean): Man Vs Bee.

Geen abonnement op Netflix, maar wel op een andere streamingdienst? Dan hoef je niet te treuren want ook de planning van Videoland, Amazon Prime, Disney+ en HBO Max is weer goedgevuld deze maand.

Videoland

Bij Videoland valt op dat er een nieuwe tv-serie komt met Emile Ratelband; in eerste instantie leek deze afgelopen maand uitgebracht te worden, maar dit blijkt nu toch juni te zijn. Daarnaast zal Penoza: The Final Chapter uit 2019 veel aandacht trekken. Verder is er een waslijst met extern aangekochte titels in aantocht.

Netflix

Netflix trekt deze maand alles uit de kast. Zo komen ze met Spiderhead met Chris Hemsworth in de hoofdrol. De trailer van deze bloedstollende actiefilm is nu al ruim 5 miljoen keer bekeken. Ook komt er met Snoop Dogg’s F*cn Around Comedy Special een show van Snoop Dogg. Verder schreven we eerder al over Man Vs Bee, een show waarin Rowan Atkinson (Mr. Bean) de strijd aangaat met een vervelende bij. Ook krijgt The Umbrella Academy voor het eerste in twee jaar een nieuw seizoen. Over dit derde seizoen van de superheldenserie schreven we hier. Tevens is Peaky Blinders vanaf 10 juni te zien op Netflix.

Op Amazon Prime verschijnt voortaan ook Het Jachtseizoen. Het tweede seizoen van de tv-variant heeft onder meer Peter Gillis samen met Rob Geus in de hoofdrol. Dat belooft dus een topshow te worden. Ook is Het Jachtseizoen te bekijken via SBS 6.

Disney+ lijkt deze maand flink te gaan scoren met Obi-Wan Kenobi. Hoewel de meeste Star Wars-films en series van Disney vaak niet positief werden ontvangen, krijgt Obi-Wan Kenobi voorlopig juist lovende recensies. Afgelopen maand verschenen de eerste afleveringen, maar deze maand zullen er wekelijks nieuwe afleveringen komen. Datzelfde geldt voor Ms. Marvel, een nieuwe serie waarin we Kamala Khan ontmoeten. Ook bij deze serie verschijnt wekelijks een nieuwe aflevering.
